Joining the Central Arizona Association of Diabetes
Educators (CAADE) is accomplished by first joining the American Association
of Diabetes Educators (AADE) through their website www.diabeteseducator.org
You may join AADE or renew your AADE membership by downloading
and completing an application and then mailing or faxing
it to AADE, or by completing the application online. If
you choose to join or renew online, you will receive $10
off of the regular $125 dues. You will also be able to join
CAADE online if you join AADE through the online service.
TO JOIN:
1. Click on the link titled “JOIN” at the top-right of the
homepage.
a. To join online, click on the orange link toward the bottom
of the page titled “join online”.
b. To join by mail/fax, click on the orange link titled
“print an application”.
2. Proceed as directed.
TO RENEW:
1. Click on the link titled “JOIN” at the top-right
of the homepage.
2. Sign in on the left-hand side of the page.
3. Click “Renew Your Membership”.
4. Be sure to check the box next to “Central Arizona
ADE” to pay the $35 dues for membership in CAADE.
5. Proceed as directed.
